What the hell? You mean I paid for one thing and you're gonna send me two things? Sheesh.

One advantage of being a small company is that we can change things quickly to make improvements. Like this for example. Starting right now, if you already ordered a single show in Portland, San Francisco or Los Angeles, YOU WILL RECEIVE A DISC-SET CONTAINING BOTH SHOWS FROM THAT NIGHT. The set lists have been quite a bit different from show to show and many fans have written us wanting the full nights' performances. So we're doing that. If you already purchased both shows from a single night, we'll be contacting you in the next few days to refund one of your payments or apply it to a different night. Your choice.

Are you guys going to do the European tour too? How about Japan?

Done! The 2005 European Tour and 2005 Japan Tour discs are now shipping.

When will I receive my disc-set?

Shipping should take 2-7 days domestically, 5-14 days internationally.

Can I combine multiple purchases?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders for discounted shipping. First off, it would slow down our shipping, and make our systems more complicated. We’ve been in situations where combined shipping was offered before, and it never worked as well as it should have. Eventually, we hope to offer combined shipping for orders of CD’s that are already produced and in stock, but for now, individual purchases are the only ways to combine orders.

The only alternative is buying our “best 5” pack.

OK then, what’s the “best 5” pack all about?

We’re on the road—with the band, with the crew, and with the fans. And we’ll have a great sense of which shows everyone thinks are the best. We’ll pick those 5 shows and send them to you in one package after the tour is over. And we’ll do it at a discount.

What’s the deal with the t-shirt?

We’ve created an exclusive t-shirt with our partners at Coudal Partners, who designed many of the Pixies t-shirts for this tour. The only way to get it is to buy a disc, and it’s only available online.

Can I pay another way?

No, we accept only PayPal. Later on in the tour, we may be able to sell a voucher by charging your credit card over the phone, but for now, PayPal is the only way to pay (or with cash or credit card at the show itself).

Do you have a connection for tickets?

No. But the good people at PixiesMusic.com did offer presales. Check them out for next time around.

What about the other cities not listed? Are you recording those shows?

If a show isn’t listed (very few aren’t), we’re not recording it at this time. This is probably because the venue wants to charge us too much to record, or prevents recording in some way.

Do you think your way of doing things; taking time, making the highest quality recordings, painstakingly mixing them and shipping them only when they sound fantastic and look awesome is a better way of doing business than slapping together burned CD-R’s within ten minutes of the end of a concert, not even taking the time to re-listen to the show or pay any attention to the mix at all?
